Omega’s Title Department includes several full-time professional Title Examiners supported by a coordination team. We also have staff dedicated to typing and reviewing all of our title products, from Title Commitments, Final Policies, Judicial Title Reports, Limited Lien Searches, and everything in between! Omega can also research title problems and obtain lien payoffs.
Omega’s Escrow Department can handle all of your closing needs. Our experienced staff includes Escrow Officers and Assistants who coordinate the entire closing transaction. Omega coordinates between the Buyers, Sellers, Agents, Lenders, Servicers, Homeowner’s Associations, and local government to ensure every transaction goes off without a hitch. We verify settlement data, prepare all closing documents, and schedule a closing when & where it’s convenient for you.
