Martin Gilliland

Marty is an Escrow Manager at Omega where he oversees several different escrow teams of officers and assistants.  Marty joined Omega in 2006 as an Escrow Officer and recently became an Escrow Manager in 2015.  He is a licensed Title Agent in the State of  Ohio.

Marty has over 14 years in the title and escrow industry.  He is familiar with all types of real estate transactions, including REO, commercial, residential, reverse mortgage, short sale, and land contract conversion.  Marty has handled transactions in 8 different states (OH, KY, FL, WV, MI, PA, SC, GA).  He has been a Notary Public for Summit County since 2003 and has conducted hundreds of signings.

In his free time, Marty is heavily involved in animal foster and rescue.  He’s played guitar for over 25 years and is also an avid runner and weight lifter.
